Installation Error

I am getting the following error. I have added `/home/admin/web/s.cronotech.us` to my fpm/php.ini next to `open_basedir = ` in hopes that'd correct it after seeing someone else with this issue in this forums

Server specs:
Debian 9
Nginx
Apache2
nginx + php7.4-fpm

any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
