500 Errors when enabling human verification for support departments

Hi Guys,

I wanted to report an issue I discovered while working on a project. I attempted to create a "Pre-Sales" department for guests to be able to submit tickets. I had not configured any captcha yet, so I selected the option to enable "Human Verification" for the department. When I attempted to access the support department I was given a 500 internal server error. This happened on version 5.5.3.
