I like that people are not letting them go to waist, but maybe there should be a designated area (forum) for that.. to keep it organised? Just a random thought! What you're seeing is a sell off of pre v3 promo licenses that are now being sold off because people decided they didn't need them or are trying to turn a few bucks.
