Are you logging in at /admin/login? You can check the "users" table to confirm your username. Following the instructions Mike posted, should get you back in if you are not receiving the password reset email (this is usually because the username is not correct).

You ask, you shall receive CORE-1724 TCPDF had major issues in terms of formatting and embedding the logo and image background into the PDF. Do invoices look the same if you update TCPDF in Blesta? Last time we tested this, it was a disaster. We may very well need to revisit this in the near future. -
Who doesn't bill when it's off? (Just curious) Since the resources are allocated, I could be holding up a massive amount of resources, but not paying for anything if I'm not billed when its off.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but hourly billing is monthly billing but prorated by the hour, correct? Some providers will bill you at the end of the month (or when cancelled) or will bill you for a month in advance, but credit you if you cancel early. So, with Blesta, and prorated credits, you can do the latter.. you can bill for a month in advance, and if cancelled the client can get a prorated credit for the difference. The only issue I see is that the prices are displayed for the full term and not for the hour.. but a few tweaks to the order form, or your website pricing an you can display the price in the hourly rate (price / (30x24)). Or am I missing something else?

PM me the URL you're trying to install. If you had a trial before it would issue the same key, which may be expired. If that's not it, you should make sure that your server can make egress connections over SSL port 443.

What version of Blesta are you running? There ware some issues with checking out with a $0 total, but this has been fixed. I don't think that was related to this quantity issue though.

Do you think we should show templates + KVM templates for KVM, and templates + HVM for HVM? According to SolusVM docs, when listing templates for KVM, templates contains ISO's. From https://documentation.solusvm.com/display/DOCS/List+Templates

Config option upgrades/downgrades were added in 3.5, I would suggest upgrading and trying it again. In 3.4, when you change a config option as an admin, it should renew at the new price, but it won't charge a prorated upgrade amount (this is in 3.5).

What version are you running? There was an issue in 3.4.3 and 3.5 beta 4 or 5 that was resolved in 3.4.4 and 3.5.0 that this may be affected by.

Yes. When you run EasyApache you can select Ioncube, if you did it should work. If not you can install it manually. Download the "Loader Wizard" here - https://www.ioncube.com/loaders.php Upload it to your site, run the wizard in your browser. It will walk you through what you need to do. -
Overwrite all your files from those in the download, and run /admin/upgrade in your browser. Make sure you back up your files & database first.
