Tim
Hello, I am trying to discover Blesta v3 and it looks quite promising but there are few things I'd like to ask. There are a few clients of mine and I am tracking their account manually. Now, I'd like to switch to Blesta but I am not sure how can I add an existing cPanel account to an existing customer on Blesta ? I've already setup the cPanel module and defined the packages. I've also create the customers on Blesta but that's all. Please let me know if there is a way for it. Thanks, Tim
Paul
Add the cPanel services under their client profile as an admin by clicking "Add Service" in the Account Actions box. Uncheck the "Use Module" option so that it is added to Blesta only, and then click to Manage the service after and enter the correct username for the account. oroshin
What about those usernames that are more than 8 chars? It won't allow us to add it.
Paul
What about those usernames that are more than 8 chars? It won't allow us to add it. That will be resolved as part of this task - https://dev.blesta.com/browse/CORE-1516 In the meantime, you can increase the limit yourself, please see http://www.blesta.com/forums/index.php?/topic/4761-cpanel-8-char-username-restriction/?p=35458 Michael
