There was a suggestion for this ages ago and I can't seem to find the thread. We have it in the administration panel but not on the frontend. But hey if you use the Blesta nav for the client area they only have to click support.
That's right, but I thought it would be even more convenient for clients to have summary at one single place. This is just a suggestion, so please don't again become too much protective.

I would prefer my staff member to always see their home pages set in particular way and not being able to change it. So, if possible, please remove "Manage Widgets" and "Customize Dashboard" from Staff members' screen, leaving them for only the main admin or make it possible to set permissions for "Manage Widgets" and "Customize Dashboard".

Replying to a ticket takes you to the ticket list (https://mysite.com/client/plugin/support_manager/client_tickets/) Is it possible to configure Blesta to make admins and clients to stay on the same page after submission of their messages?
