Just installed this plugin, thought we'd give it a try. Need this specific functionality: tickets can be opened by people who are NOT yet clients. It appears this is available in this plugin, but I cannot find where to link them to in order to open that ticket? Please advise.

I am upgrading from 3.2 BETA to 3.2 FINAL. I already customized everything that was simply bootstrap. I'm not sure how you have skinned yours, but I had to do a LOT more than "just change structure.pdt". I had to edit .pdt files all over the place (including in the shopping cart area, client area, etc.). I looked at the how to you wrote last summer for editing structure.pdt and unfortunately it appears that solution is no longer the "do all" for customizing Blesta.

Hello, I had upgraded to the 3.2 beta a few weeks ago, and since then spent a significant amount of time editing some of the .srt and css files to get Blesta to look like my other website. I would like to upgrade to the 3.2 release that came out today, but don't want to lose all the changes that I have made. Is this possible? As an aside: Blesta really should have an easier way to theme itself, it is incredibly difficult and scattered across 3 or 4 different folders to get the entire thing to look right. Thanks
