Thanks for the suggestion but this didn't help. Not sure if i had the wrong system key or what so what i ended up doing is just installing a fresh copy of Blesta then manually pulling SQL out of the backup dump and executed SQL queries to import the data i needed. Took longer but did what i needed. Happy new year!

Hi there, I was forced to restore my installation from the automated mysql dumps. I downloaded my previous version 3.3 then imported my dump into mysql. Now when i attempt to login to the admin or client area i get the error stating the username/password combination doesn't exist. I thought maybe the "Blesta.system_key" needed to be the same as the previous installation so i managed to recover that from my previous installation but to no avail. Any thoughts?

Sorry i forgot to include other application version information. MySQL 5.5.38 and PHP 5.4.30. I can try updating Blesta to 3.3.1 but it is still the same module version. I will do a screencast as well to show exactly what I am seeing. Thanks for the help BTW. I also see the lag and do wait for it to refresh. If i click the drop down without waiting there is not anything available to click but if I do wait it either shows several "[E-Mail Protected]" or actual email entries, all based on the order form I chose to use. It I try and setup the service manually for a customer I also receive the protected email listing. See below.

Using blesta 3.3 with gogetssl version 2.0.1.

Another update...Looks like it works in the ajax order form, the "Standard" order form gives me the values but ajax list gives me the actual email addresses.

Looks like it has to do with sandbox mode. When I have it running in standard mode all i get is after trying several domains.

Hey Guys, I just setup the sandbox version of gogetssl and for some reason when you try and checkout the Approver E-mail field is not auto-populated when you put the domain in. Has anyone else run into this? Thanks, Ryan

Hi there, Is there a way to link a client to an already existing cpanel account or add a service to a client and link that service to an already created account in cpanel? I am transitioning from WHMCS and they had the ability to import a list of created accounts from cpanel then link them to an existing client. Thanks for the help guys!
