Ofcourse, i am using root, and i suspended it manually from WHM. And it seems that blesta is able to suspend / cancel all single accounts, but its not able to suspend / cancel any reseller accounts. So its something related to reseller accounts only. Thanks.

Hi, I have a cpanel server and blesta is unable to suspend accounts, here's the blesta log: abc.some-host.com|suspendreseller s:8:"someuser"; and result is: abc.some-host.com {"statusmsg":"Permission Denied","status":0} I also updated cpanel api token and then tried again but to no avail. Hi, I shifted my blesta installation from 1 server to another (both were cpanel) and after the cron is giving the following error: This is only happening when its run via cron, if i run the cron manually then it run's fine. How do I fix this ? Thanks.

Hi, I get that error when I manually activate the domain name, no error comes but the red error box comes with blank message, though domain gets registered but in blesta it stays as pending. I have to log in to phpmyadmin to change the status to active and update the dates. Thanks.

Again your response makes no sense and is far away from the issue. The mod doesn't works properly. Author of the mod is nowhere to be found. So it's a problem when an official module is not available.

You're not even understanding what i am saying, why blesta did'nt made the module ? Why a 3rd party had to made an essential module ? Now blesta (audi) did'nt made the module (didnt sellthe car), so no support. 3rd party made the module (sold the car) but is nowhere to be found, so customer who is using blesta is screwed ?! This is what you mean. Now client who IS paying monthly fee to blesta in order to keep his livelyhood running has 2 options: 1. Either spend alot of $$$ getting the module re-made by again some 3rd party 2. Leave my business and start learning programming and Become a developer myself and make the module myself in a year or two. or 3. Abandon blesta for good and get some (car) which provides modules on their own and the client does'nt have to depend on 3rd party and get weird responses. You are simply failing to understand or pretending to be dumb ? (No offense but instead of solving the issue and asking blesta people to provide official modules) you're simply bouncing the client who is paying monthly fee between blesta and some 3rd party person who made the module for fun and now is nowhere to be seen!!! What about me ? What about my business ? What about the money I am paying monthly in order to see new modules and plugins from blesta ???

Blesta is second hand ? 1. Why a 3rd party dev has to make a module ? Because blesta did'nt made it. They should have. 2. According to you now I should be getting the mods made and pay for them extra ? When all other competitors are making themselves and giving supports / update. I think I am reaching a point where I would have to leave blesta!!!!

Hi, Okay, the phone number was wrong which was causing the issue, but still there is one issue which I had highlighted earlier is that the module registers the domain but it still shows "pending" in blesta. Why this is happening ? When its already been made, why can't blesta support it officially ? Thanks.

Hi, I have recently shifted to internetbs and got the module of blesta for the same, but its giving me problems, it is not working properly and when I am trying to activate a domain name, I get error: --- Invalid value "+48.1234567980" for parameter "registrant_phonenumber"! --- I have changed the phone number but country code is fine, why I am getting this error ??? HELP! Blesta is clearly now becoming a problem for me, as I cannot do much and I have to do pretty much everything manually. Modules are not working, so I don't really understand what is going on. Please fix this. Thanks.

I don't know why Blesta team is so slow at development. In a year or so the major component that they had come up with is a mass mailer in v4 which is useless for me atleast anyways. So I seriously doubt what they have in mind and if their aim is to keep Blesta at minimal and let others make plugins and modules instead and sell those. I don't know now a days alot of companies are opting for addon but the fact is also that whmcs offers alot than Blesta and no wonder its number 1. Yes its true and we Blesta users must face the harsh reliant that our Blesta devs are slow or I should say too slow to put the features required for a proper web host. Before Blesta I was on whmcs and I saw alot of updates from them but they always fixed security issues but they brought in alot of features also at the same time. Sadly some people here will urge me to go ack to whmcs but I cannot becuase there are 2 things which are keeping me with Blesta but lack of basic features is now becoming a problem. If money is an issue with Blesta they can charge a bit more but hire more devs and speed up the development. It's high time.

Hi, I used your internetbs plugin and I faced an error when i did first domain reg. with this plugin, I manually activated the domain by pressing the Activate button and though the domain got registered, I got the red error box which had no (blank) error message at all in it. Blesta still showed the domain as pending and but in actual the domain got registered with internetbs. I had manually set the status to Active for the domain via phpmyadmin and plugin is showing registrant details also in blesta but why I got the red error box without any error and why the status of the service was not changed to Active automatically ?? Do you know / think what I have done wrong ? Thanks.

Perfect meaning that right now Blesta is not an ideal software by point of usage for hosts that's why whmcs is number 1. You cannot compare only security with everything else like ease of use, functions available for admin, plugins, ease of customization. You also know that but somehow always shift the topic to security. Blesta needs to improve big time and that's the bottom line.

I don't know, it's far from perfection. Hope they add the much needed features asap. They took almost a year to just rollout a flat theme. I had very high hopes with v4 but nothing seems to have materialized. Maybe Blesta feels secure becuase it's not popular enough to be hacked by hackers or it's not worth their time right now. Anyways I am using it and I don't want it to get hacked. Let devs hear that they should speed things up with development of Blesta.

Hi, Nothing has changed re domain modules, there is no way to specify different registrations and renewal prices. No way to specify sale price. Very complex and difficult to use system, basically what I see is that blesta is not a proper web host billing system. The modules / plugins just provide basic stuff. Sad!!!!

Yes, thats what I am looking for but still it should come as a list and I should'nt have to click the package group to list the packages, The default package list page should show as I have suggested. Also there is no option to sort package groups or packages (within the groups), that also needs adding.
