  1. Never mind, I am totally incompetent. I found what I needed here: {my site}/blesta/admin/settings/company/emails/edittemplate/10/ Issue resolved.
  2. Hello My blesta installation sends an email for a payment received at the time of sale, which is great and works nicely. It also sends the PDF receipt of this transaction in a separate email after cron runs (overnight, in my case). My issue is this: the receipt email with PDF receipt has this subject: "Invoice Due (copy)" and Content: Hi {customer} An invoice has been created for your account and is attached to this email in PDF format. Invoice #{invoice number} This invoice has already been paid, so no payment is necessary for this one, but your account may have other balances. To login to your account, please visit {login page} If you have any questions about your invoice, please let us know! My customers hate this, and have complained several times. I can't find where to edit the content or subject of this email. Can anyone assist?
  3. There are a lot of AJAX requests sitewide, though, and my server is able to handle them. It also uses cURL and SSL tools on other applications installed in the same account. It's a VPS with plenty of updated tools (such has been my experience). Locked cron tasks: exchange rate updates & deliver reports are not enabled. Exchange Rate Updates

  6. Correct. When I try to use Force Offsite Backup, it spins forever and does not create the file on the external server.
  7. Hello When I log into Blesta Admin (https://mysite.com/blesta/admin) on my laptop, it works great. Unfortunately, it just continually refreshes when I log in using my WebOS tablet. My Android tablet works just fine. Any idea what is causing this problem? Thanks.

  9. Hello Reviving an old thread here: I am not able to back up to my remote server, and there are no errors in the cron log. I have all the settings for SFTP properly configured, and the account can create and edit directories in the FTP receiving server. Nothing in the logs, am able to compete mysqldump as cron user. Please advise Blesta Version 3.3.1
  10. Hello I had a dedicated IP assigned to my domain, and now I receive this error when I log in to blesta: License Invalid The license failed to validate for the following reasons: The license is not valid for the installed location. Can anyone tell us how to get the license re-issued please?
