  1. Disregard. Client has given up on the lack of response and is going to another software.
  2. No, that's why I was asking in my previous question on how to open a ticket. It's a fresh install of Blesta. Right after installation, and modifying the files mentioned above, and enabling the importer, I try to import and that's the error I receive. Nothing gets imported.
  3. Oh, ok. I wasnt getting any support through the forums for my problem, so I thought maybe a ticket would be better. I guess I'll have to wait longer for support.
  4. If I purchased a license through a reseller, how do I open a ticket to Blesta's support? I dont have a login/password.
  5. Yes, I've made the changes to both files and it still bombs out on me with the same error. I checked the debug option this time and got the following output: importStaff ----------------- importStaff took: 0.0402 seconds ----------------- importClients ----------------- importContacts ----------------- importTaxes ----------------- importCurrencies ----------------- importInvoices ----------------- importTransactions ----------------- importPackages ----------------- importPackageOptions ----------------- importPackageOptions took: 0.0041 seconds ----------------- importServices ----------------- importSupportDepartments ----------------- importSupportTickets ----------------- importMisc ----------------- decrypted 0 values using WHMCS' custom algorithm decrypt took: 0 seconds total time took: 0.2478 seconds Array ( [error] => Array ( [0] => The import completed but the following errors ocurred: [1] => importClients: SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry '24' for key 'PRIMARY' on line 124 [2] => importContacts: There is already an active transaction on line 163 [3] => importTaxes: There is already an active transaction on line 163 [4] => importCurrencies: SQLSTATE[HY093]: Invalid parameter number: number of bound variables does not match number of tokens on line 124 [5] => importInvoices: There is already an active transaction on line 163 [6] => importTransactions: There is already an active transaction on line 163 [7] => importPackages: SQLSTATE[HY093]: Invalid parameter number: number of bound variables does not match number of tokens on line 124 [8] => importServices: There is already an active transaction on line 163 [9] => importSupportDepartments: There is already an active transaction on line 163 [10] => importSupportTickets: There is already an active transaction on line 163 [11] => importMisc: There is already an active transaction on line 163 ) )
  6. Following the import instructions from your site, I enter all the WHMCS 5.3 information (user, pass, host, encryption key, etc) but I get this error: The import completed but the following errors ocurred: importClients: SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry '8' for key 'PRIMARY' on line 124 importContacts: There is already an active transaction on line 163 importTaxes: There is already an active transaction on line 163 importCurrencies: SQLSTATE[HY093]: Invalid parameter number: number of bound variables does not match number of tokens on line 124 importInvoices: There is already an active transaction on line 163 importTransactions: There is already an active transaction on line 163 importPackages: SQLSTATE[HY093]: Invalid parameter number: number of bound variables does not match number of tokens on line 124 importServices: There is already an active transaction on line 163 importSupportDepartments: There is already an active transaction on line 163 importSupportTickets: There is already an active transaction on line 163 importMisc: There is already an active transaction on line 163 And no, it doesnt look like it imported anything. Clients and packages are still at 0.
  7. All the clients were imported. I havent checked all of the details (packages, billing terms, etc) yet, but there were no errors. What we have checked so far is that the clients did import, and the sub contacts also imported correctly into the correct accounts. Big bonus for this as another app did not do this correctly and made all of the subcontacts as a new contact. We've also decided we are now going to move away from FirstData for credit card processing and have yet to try any of the others. We might give Stripe a try soon and noticed you have built in support for them. Bravo! It seems other host billing apps just rely on the community to build these for them, and the one for WHMCS seems to not even work correctly. I would say so far Blesto is the top choice for us. Will test more within the next week.
  8. Imported again and they're all active. We made a MySQL statement that exported the inactive customers's ID numbers out of WHMCS's database and updated Blesta's database to change the status field to inactive. Looks good so far.
  9. They're set as inactive in WHMCS due to at one time, past customers could not sign back up with their account being closed but could if it's set as inactive. When imported into Blesta, they're all set as active again. So if someone went to another host and had a horrible experience and wanted to come back to us, they would get an error when signing back up that their account is closed. If their account is inactive, they could still sign back up and it would automatically go back to active once the service was approved/paid/etc. I think WHMCS has changed this since then, but we have a lot of inactive accounts.
  10. I'm testing out several different options and getting away from WHMCS. I've installed your 30 day trial successfully and enabled the Import tool. After a successful import, all of the inactive customers that were in WHMCS are now set to active in Blesta. Is this normal? I dont want to send any type of announcement emails or bills to inactive customers.
