  1. I did (the shame), delete all files when deleting a temp FTP account (which had root access, note to self, never do that again). Just for me, our backup files that Site5 does daily just had to be corrupted (which they amazingly fixed after a month). In the meantime, I installed the latest version of Blesta to continue operations, and the amazing team at Site5 has fully restored the old Blesta version (2.5.4) allowing us to export the database. I tried running a import to the latest version of blesta 3.2.2 but had the following error message SQLSTATE[HY093]: Invalid parameter number: number of bound variables does not match number of tokens Question: should I start a new thread, or just continue here?
  2. Thank you all for the quick response. I sure wished for another answer, but such is life.
  3. I accidentally deleted files on our server, and the backup by site5 just happened to be corrupted too. I have now reinstalled Blesta, but the database is gone. Is there a way to download existing records from WHM into the new Blesta database?
  4. Just for the record, the import does around 15 records, before it stops... I do have some records imported..
  5. Weird, I tried automapping, and the error is exactly the same: The article on stackoverflow is well above my pay grade!
  6. ok, I managed to find an old backup on my local disk (the backup on site5 is corrupt, that is why I cannot restore).. the import started to work, but got the following error message (BTW, I used the manual mapping of services)
  7. Sigh! yes, I do not have any files left. Is there a work around?
  8. Thanks @Licensecart, but where can I find this AES Key? The only closest thing I found is this
  9. The original file (blesta.php) looks like this:
  10. The only file I updated to try and point to our OLD DB is blesta.php
  11. well, I tried, and the error i get is as follows: The actual database username is neweastb_blesta1, and I tried both.
  12. Hello there. Our files on our server were wiped out, leaving the database for Blesta. We are thinking that the version of Blesta was most likely ver 2+ My question is this, since I am not sure which version, can we install Blesta ver 3.2.2 and will it link with the old DB >?
