  1. You can do this already with services like maxmind fraud checks.
  2. Got the mailparse issue fixed, but now I'm getting the following error: The following text was generated during the delivery attempt: ------ pipe to |/usr/local/bin/php -q /home/billing/domains/my.hostingdifferent.com/public_html/plugins/support_manager/pipe.phpplugin/support_manager/ticket_pipe/index/1/ generated by support@hostingdifferent.com ------ Could not open input file: /home/billing/domains/my.hostingdifferent.com/public_html/plugins/support_manager/pipe.php
  3. Me, too. Now just to get email piping to work. LOL That's another thread.
  4. Yes, it does. I changed my cron to /usr/local/bin and now it works. Apparently, there's php in two different locations.
  5. I'm hoping they'll add this functionality soon. I've already abandoned WHMCS, didn't think about this until now. And now it's a problem.
  6. my php.ini file is located here: /usr/local/lib/php.ini
  7. I didn't notice it wasn't running until I logged in today and saw that it hadn't been logged in since I ran it manually a week ago. I copied the command into directadmin and it runs, but get an ioncube error even though ioncube is running on the server.
  8. I have the php mailparse extension installed yet when I try to add pipe email to mail handling under support departments, I get an error saying it's not installed.
  9. Hopefully they'll see this. It's seems overly cumbersome to have to make multiple orders for an add-on item.
  10. That's what I was afraid of. Many of the clients I cater to don't know that much and wouldn't know to order a domain first. It should be a conditional question in the hosting order form.
  11. If there is, I can't figure it out. I want there to be a choice when someone is purchasing a hosting package to purchase a domain if they don't already have one. Is there a way to do this without placing a completely separate order for a domain?
  12. I agree. I hate always having to change the status of a ticket. It should automatically change to the most logical status and then we would have to override it if we wanted it to be something else, or, better yet, give us a settings panel to set it up how we want in case we want it to auto change, but just not to the status that blesta wants.
  13. Same here. I need to be able to add the customer-ID to have everything sync up. Any help on this would be appreciated! Scott
  14. NO problem. My cron isn't working automatically. It works fine when run manually, but doesn't auto run. When I add the cron manually to my domain, it causes an error. Weird all the way around.
  15. Agreed. Support tickets need to be polled much quicker.
  16. Sorry, wasn't holding back, just was busy! First, I didn't realize that it was Blesta that was adding the /client/ to the end of the url. That's the same url I installed my old WHMCS configuration and I was fixated that it was getting it from the whmcs import. That was my fault. I first uninstalled the portal module, changed the host url to the main domain, not the sub domain, then changed it back to the sub domain, and reinstalled the portal module. I don't know what it did, but it fixed it. I don't know if it just cleaned up the database entry or corrected the issue after the import from whmcs. Whatever it did, it fixed it and it works and the first payment with Blesta came in today with no hitches. I'll keep whmcs for one more month, just in case, but it looks like I'm fully converted!
  17. I guess I did change it in the correct place, but didn't realize I would need to reinstall the module. Thanks for the help!
