Sorry if i come across thick. We never used the order forms in blesta 2.5 but i'm hoping too the latest version of blesta. I have tried to setup an order form for ordering domain names and hosting but i'm getting no where. If you try a domain search i all get is That domain name is not supported. Is there an idiots guide to setting one up?

Hi, yes the service renew date is correct. We are using the universal module The old invoices don't have the dates on the PDF's (blesta 2.5).

Yes i am seeing the same problem too.

The service date on the invoices are wrong. We have a package that was imported from blesta 2.5 it's for clients who are on a 12 months subscription. Invoices are created 30 days before the renewal date. When we look at the pdf that is created it's saying the service is covering the previous 6 months & the next 6 months. Any ideas why this is happening?

Hi With blesta 2.5 we had the A/R reports & account tickets emailed to me. Since upgrading the reports have stop & i can't find the setting to enable it. Please can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks

I'm sure i read that the opensrs module was coming in this version but i don't see it in the new features. I could be wrong and i'm frequently am.

It would depend how much they would want to sponsor it.

We can't upgrade until the opensrs module is available. I am happy to make a donation towards its development if we can have it sooner rather than later.

Cody I have been through contacts and users table and remove any duplicates. Most of the time the FireFox times out so no error messages. Any Ideas? I have also submitted a support ticket as well.

Cody It's timing out now after 5 mins & I'm still getting my clients doubling. I can see the process running in ssh after it timeout. Can I pay you guys to do the import as I just haven't got the time to mess with it anymore.

I have spent my weekend trying to upgrade from 2.5. When it comes to importing the data into v3.0.3. My Recurring Invoices don't import and half of my clients & services duplicate. I have increase the timeout in php as the import manager timesout. When it does timeout i wait process to finish (via ssh "top") before viewing the data in blesta. Anyone got any ideas whats going on. I having to go back to V2.5 now because my account dept haven't been able to process any invoices this weekend.

Is there anyway to change the field client# to company name? I need to list the service they have purchased in the csv as well. I need this fields to import the invoice into our account software. Thanks Rich
