  1. I'm with you on this, it would be very desirable to be able to delete individual items on the order summary page, as can be done with the standard order template. (thanks for saving me the trouble of reporting this - this issue flagged on my radar a while ago and I haven't got around to writing about it).
  2. Hello, Originally my client's domains were imported from a previous version of Blesta. However, the order id. etc. was not present against my client's domains. Therefore, I deleted and re-added my client's domains and Blesta then successfully retrieved the order id etc. and now I can see the nameservers and whois data against my client's domains. Having done this a while ago, yesterday was the first occasion that a client has since renewed their domain name, but it did not renew. Blesta closed the invoice and extended the "date renews" for the domain name, but the automation task "Process Service Renewals" hung and did not succeed. By this morning the "Process Service Renewals" automation task has now freed itself, but the domain name has still not renewed. Incidentally, I had this problem before I deleted and re-added my client's domains - but I put it down to the fact that the domain was trying to renew without any order id details, hence the reason for the "Process Service Renewals" automation task hanging. There is no entry in the module log. Is there anyway to work out what the problem is please? Thanks!

    Change Paypal Buttons

Yes, this is what I did as well. However, you need to retain the "$recurring ?" otherwise the button for PayPal subscriptions will not show.
  4. The email that you receive from the "order received" email notification provides substantial information for you to determine from the email alone whether it is a legitimate order. You can therefore make a decision from this email whether you wish to accept or decline the order. As I tried to convey in my first post (apologies if this is not clear), the problem comes when you then want to respond to that email notification, either to approve or decline the order - it is very difficult to do so from a mobile, hence why I would like an easier way.
  5. I would like to have email headers in support tickets. So for every reply received, you can click on a link adjacent to the reply (eg. "show email headers") and it shows you the email headers for that reply. This would help in 2 scenarios: 1. So that you can get IP addresses to help customers who are blocked by the server firewall 2. To combat spam (so you can setup appropriate spam filters) Similar to how this helpdesk does it:
  6. As you know, there is already an "order received (mobile)" email template available and this is the email that I receive. I propose that the unique link is available universally, to both the "order received" and "order received (mobile)" email template because it would be so much easier to approve an order with one click whatever device you are on (but particularly mobiles!).
  7. I have had a couple of customers who place an order and include the "www." for the domain name. Unfortunately, this then means that the cPanel accounts all get created with a username of "wwwblah" which is not at all helpful. This then means that you end up with a load of accounts all starting with "www" for their usernames. However, what is worse is that when cPanel creates the new account it will strip out the "www." in the domain name which then means that the "welcome email" which customer's receive for their service will have the incorrect details. See my sample "welcome email" below: Note how the ftp and mail addresses are incorrect as a consequence of the "www." because cPanel has in reality made the account like: Please can you make Blesta strip out the "www." when an order is placed? (eg. strip it out on the order form)
  8. I would like the ability to approve orders via a unique email link. Here is the scenario: I'm out on the road (which is all the time) -> I receive an email notification to my mobile email address that an order has been received. In order to approve this order I then have to: load the login page of Blesta -> login -> wait for the ajax to load -> navigate to the Billing page -> wait for the ajax to load -> tick the box to select the order -> find and select from the drop down box to approve the order -> press the update orders button. ...all of which is very difficult to do on a non-mobile friendly interface + on a small screen + on a GSM connection. Therefore, what I would really like is to have a unique login-less email link sent with the order received email notification so that with one click (and therefore one page load) I have approved/cancelled/etc the order. Something similar to the "invoice due" email's unique login-less link.
  9. Thanks Mike. That did it and I now know that the syntax is markdown.
  10. I would be grateful if someone could please advise me on the best way to insert code (html/php) into a support ticket reply so as not to lose the formatting? For example, I insert this text and code: and it comes out like this:
  11. I am sure that I speak for everyone when I say that we appreciate that the guys are very busy and we don't want to cause disruption. It isn't that we want the feature implemented yesterday; we would just like some firm confirmation from Paul as to whether this will definitely be implemented or not, and if so, confirmation that it is queued on the task list to be completed in the future. That way, we all know where we stand, along with others that also come along seeking the same request.
  12. Thanks PauloV. Really sorry but I never updated this thread to say that I got to the bottom of my error; after a significant number of hours I found a bug, which I worked with the blesta team to resolve a few releases ago.
  13. If you can make it happen, it sounds fabulous Paul.
  14. Just checked it now and it just has: <pre></pre> Call to the community; would somebody else be kind enough to try as per Tyson's instructions in post #5 please? Don't forget to backup the content that you already have in your "Invoice Delivery (Paid)" template! It would be helpful to know if others also receive a blank email, when the {% debug %} tag is present in the "Invoice Delivery (Paid)" template, as Tyson is unable to recreate the issue in order to confirm if it is a bug...Thanks!
  15. I think that this would be helpful - thank you for your input Daniel.
  16. That looks nice, thanks Paul - that certainly resolves my first point. Regarding my second point though, it seems that no one else seems to have the same issue as me, so I think I'll just have to stick to a separate standard order form for only selling domains. A bit of a shame really because if someone was only buying a domain from me, I'd like to have the opportunity to upsell some webhosting to go with it, but as it stands I cannot do that as they won't have any choice.
  17. Thanks very much Tyson. I did and have done exactly as per your instructions (in particular replacing the html and text versions with just "{% debug %}") but I still get a blank email unfortunately. As I say, I can successfully get the output for the password reset email template, just not for the "Invoice Delivery (Paid)" email template. Nevertheless, thank you for pasting the output on here for me.
  18. Many thanks for taking the time to do that Mike. Whilst I have been able to get this to work for the password reset email template, it does not work for the "Invoice Delivery (Paid)" email template. There must be something about this email template that it doesn't work for it. Could the Blesta team please lend a hand?
  19. Hello, I am trying to use the {% debug %} tag in the "Invoice Delivery (Paid)" email template to see what tags are available for {invoice}. So I have wiped out the text that I had in the template and replaced it with {% debug %}. I then went to a paid invoice and sent a copy of this email to myself. Unfortunately, all that I receive is a blank email! Please could you help? Thanks!
  20. Thanks for sharing this workaround - hopefully Blesta will soon put this feature in the module itself as Paul has already made a note of this issue: http://www.blesta.com/forums/index.php?/topic/2225-resellerclub-charging-for-privacy-protect-services/?p=17110

    Release 3.2.2

I had to upgrade my plugins (support manager, billing at a glance etc.) manually afterwards - I thought that this was now automatically part of the process, as per the discussion: http://www.blesta.com/forums/index.php?/topic/1993-upgrading-all-plugins-modules-payment-gateways-in-one-step/ & http://dev.blesta.com/browse/CORE-1016 Could someone please clarify?
  22. Hi Mike, Thank you very much for checking this out for me; I have finally got to the bottom of the issue. I had to recreate my "Domains" package group and all the LogicBoxes packages. Naturally, I then had to re-add the newly created "working" LogicBoxes' packages to my clients. Now that I have done all of this, the order form works correctly and the LogicBoxes orderids have been fetched, so now the domain details are showing (they weren't before). Fingers crossed that this will also mean that the domains will now start to auto-renew as well! Thanks!
  23. For information folks, charging for Privacy protection will start on 6th August 2014: http://cdn.resellerclub.com/mailers/rc/uk-paid-privacy-protect-now-live-30-07-14.html The API changes are listed in the link.
  24. Ah, thanks Mike! I searched the forums for a report of this bug already, but forgot to search the dev tracker for this one. Apologies.
