I had a similar issue with both WHMCS and Blesta. There is another setting in CSF that was blocking me. See the screenshot and add the username of the account trying to use mandrill to the box. Also, make sure the port is open for SMTP. Then restart.
No promises, but it's another option to try.

For SMTP Security, select TLS. Make sure port 587 egress is open at your firewall.
I was not sure what was wrong. cfs settings, I already open port 587 and restart exim & cfs

Switched over to mandrill. Emails get delivered to gmail.

Hello,
I have setup the api and the logicbox module (for Resellerclub) in blesta. Now when a customer want to ship a domain name we have the error:
The ip are on the whitelist in resellerclub manager, the secret key is ok and the error appear at the end when you click on submit command.
@pcfacility already found a solution? Additional information: The error appears when the client did order, but when admin add from the admin area can be successful without error.

means having to install and move blesta in subdomain? if there is no other way?

I had to enter the subdirectory manually in the email templates. Seems Blesta doesn't like to play nice with the subdirectory method of installing (which I think they should fix). Either that, or create a redirect for subdomain.domain.com/client/x to send the user to domain.com/clients/client/pay/x. This is easy based on the web server you use.
hopefully soon be fixed

previously, I have to enter the hostname to the primary domain, but the invoice was written http://domian.com/client/pay/x. when it should http://domian.com /clients/client/pay/x (clients is the subdirectory where I installed blesta)

regardsI installed blesta, in a subdirectory (http://domain.com/clients) not a subdomains. problem for - {payment_url} - the bill to the main domain ( http://domian.com/client/pay/xxxxx) not a subdomains ( http://domian.com/clients/client/pay/xxxxx)and hostname can not be written using subdirectories.regards
