  1. Your root is /home/mywebsite/public_html/ as that's the Root folder your Blesta is in.

    Blesta is at  mydomain.com/support

The Root Web Directory is set correctly.   client_url is not following it.  client_url is skipping the /support/ part and not including that in links.  It goes straight to  mydomain.com/client/

I want it to go to  mydomain.com/support/client instead, like it should.

    Thanks!

    Hello everyone,

In Settings > System > General,  I have /home/mywebsite/public_html/support/ set as Root Web Directory  (Note Blesta is in /support/) ,

However on my emails to clients..... http://{client_url} is NOT including the /support/ part. It is resulting in 404 page because the URLs are all  domain.com/client/  instead of domain.com/support/client

    Ideas?

    Thanks!

  3. That's not the settings it should look like this:

Thanks, I've checked that page and have everything checked like you do.

This issue is most-likely webserver related, possibly due to a conflict/misconfiguration with Wordpress. You should check the webserver's error log for more information.

Thanks Tyson, I am looking in to this right now, with the help of the web host provider as well.  Haven't found anything yet.

  4. Weird, it should work fine, have you added the permissions to the account? They are normally added when you install it by default but something might have happened. Settings > System > Staff > Staff groups > admin: edit

See if the support department boxes are ticked.

Do you have a .htaccess? If not it would be index.php/admin/plugin/support_manager/admin_departments/add/

Do you have CloudFlare, do you have rocket loader enabled that mucks up js.

Thanks for your quick response, Michael.  I've checked staff group and it seems fine (see screenshot  https://www.dropbox.com/s/ckdtrihpd9upzdv/Screenshot%202016-01-20%2021.32.16.png?dl=0 )

Wordpress is installed on domain.com ... so it is domain.com/support/admin to get to Blesta admin.  Perhaps something was changed in .htaccess or the actual file permissions, you're right.   Didn't want to mess with those until I checked everything else though......

& no to CloudFlare & rocket.

    Thanks.

  5. Creating my first support department at /admin/plugin/support_manager/admin_departments/add/ results in 403 Forbidden, access denied, error on the webpage.

Before changing any file permissions on the server... wanted to check with you guys.  Thoughts?

  6. I remember introducing Multicraft to the team back in May/June of 2012!  So glad to see it finally added!!

A bit too late for me to use it now, but perhaps in my next project :)  Will definitely recommend it to industry partners, once it's out of beta.

    Congratulations all!  :)

  7. Hi,

I'd like to know the ETA for releasing this officially. (or with Blesta main package, or as paid addon).

Is it stable enough for production use, and may I suggest the main post on this thread should keep a Known Issues  list?

    Eric

  8. Awesome module!

@Paul: I think it's fine that they have to input it all right there.  It makes everything more streamlined, and easier for the customer. (a one-step process with ordering).

Also, it "forces" them to have that information - so we won't have to deal with them making mistake, or not knowing those details before purchasing.

    +1 to Full Ambit Networks

What date will the official release of this module be?

  9. Hello,

I've been looking at PostalMethods and noticed it is about $1 per mailed invoice, depending on your plan.

    1. Will it work outside the US? If not, can you add a service that will work international.

    2. Is there a feature I can use to charge the customer for the paper invoice (maybe $2 per month) - such as most large ISPs and other service companies do. This ensures we don't lose money sending out the invoice and helps users become more environment friendly.

    Thanks.

Edit: Looks like PostalMethod does support international for an extra cost. http://www.postalmethods.com/node/390

  10. One question, will this have the softaculous section soon? to make packages on Wordpress etc?

And another thing, I'm impressed at this module and what you have done. So I'm going to pay on Saturday the rest of the invoice as I wasn't expecting the UK VAT haha :).

+1 to this.    (Modules Garden or Blesta can take care of this issue).

I'd pay extra for Softaculous integration such as HostBill has.

  11. Where can we find a master list of feature requests and reported issues?

This would be extremely helpful so we know when to expect resolutions as well as new features.

I see the developers mentioning 'CORE ###", but we have no access to this list?

    Let me know!

    Thanks,

     -Eric
