Cancel Setup Fee For A Service

We are migrating our data into Blesta and of course, we add some services to a client that are already "activated" but not in Blesta.  

 

How to add the service and telling Blesta not to charge the "setup fee" ?

Alternatively, you could create the service and choose not to invoice it, or edit the invoice after it is created to remove the setup fee line item.

Setup fees, currently, cannot be removed on a per-service basis. But you can request this feature by creating a new thread under the Feature Requests forum.

 

As a possible work-around, you can temporarily edit the package to remove the setup fee, then add the service to the client, and go back to re-add the setup fee for the package.

Lastly you could also just credit each person's account $x (the setup fee).
