We have uploaded all the relevant files but are getting the below: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry 'nav_staff-1' for key 'url' The database version is showing as 4.12.1 can anyone point me in a place to look to see why it's going wrong? 0 Paul Posted May 8 Report Share Posted May 8 It sounds like the upgrade may have failed on the 5.0.0-b1 migration for some reason. If you ran the upgrade and it failed, and you ran it again and then received this error that would explain it.
