How To Add Excisting Cpanel Users And Their Package

I have a few cpanel users that I want to add to Blesta. Their domain and cpanel already exist. Blesta has a feature to "not provision". However, Blesta is requiering a valid domain name be added to the account before the new account can be created. When entering their domain name Blesta then gives an error that the domain already exists in the apache config.

I want to create a matching blesta account for the users that already exist. The import plugin does me no good.

How can I set up their account without provisioning the server and using their existing domain name?

I did un tick the cpanel module to not provision, yesterday.  

 

I tried it today and it works fine. Sorry for the trouble. I will make this solved.

anyone know how to add accounts manually when their domain is already registered?

Well I used to untick the use module and save and it worked for me but it seems you tried that so I'm a bit confused.
