iNode Cloud Posted March 10, 2015 Report Share Posted March 10, 2015 Hi All, Just discovered this bug that i think is causing issues with customers signing up. Some customers tend to put in www.domainname.com instead of just domainname.com into the signup page. This is causing conflicts as interworx creates the account as www+domain name (first 3 letters) and also recognises it as another domain instead of domainname.com When adding in a subdomain it recognises it as subdomain.www.domainname.com is there any way to either stop people adding in the www or edit the form text field to say do not use www.
