Importing Current Interworx Domains Into Blesta

Since I'm already hosing 30+ sites, I'd like to know if it's possible to import them into Blesta from Interworx.  When I try to add services to a Client, I receive the error that the domain is already added.  Thank you in advance!

There's not sadly, you need to add them without using the module... un-tick use module when adding them.

You would need to add them manually into Blesta. When adding a service in Blesta using the Interworx module, make sure that "Provision using the Interworx module" is not checked. This will add it only into Blesta, locally, and not attempt to add it into Interworx, which is probably why you're receiving that error.

 

If any of these services are resellers, then the service needs a "reseller_id" service field set. However, it is currently not possible to add that reseller ID through the interface until CORE-1384 is completed. You would need to update the database to add it in manually.

Once you get them added manually, and make sure their username/password is set to match interworx...all of the Blesta controlled side of it will start to work.  Which means they can login from Blesta, Blesta will still be able to suspend the account for non-payment, etc.
