Under the Service Options when you create a product, set the Name field to "qty". You can take a look at the Universal Module documentation for additional info.

To request a quantity for something you need to have a module that supports quantity (like the Universal Module), or by creating a configurable option (available in 3.1). You can update the quantity stored in services.qty at any time, and the subsequent invoice will then use this updated quantity when billing the client.

To modify the way the invoice looks you have to create a new invoice template. Most of the rest of the text can simply be added as Terms on the invoice.

We invested lots of time and effort to produce the plug in, still it's in alpha stage. Anybody who are interested in this plugin please send me a PM. We are planning to sell single domain license for life time at a cost of $20. You will get all future updation for free.

That sounds fun. I'm guessing many EU companies simply issue proforma all of the time, to avoid this, even if there is a contract in place. Just speculation on my part, trying to understand how it works in practice, and how important/practical a package level proforma option might be.
