  1. Have the bugs listed in this thread been fixed yet? Would like to download and use this module Thanks!
  2. I think its ridiculous that any currently active services would have their prices changed if you changed the pricing of the package in the main settings -- these 2 things CANNOT BE intertwined in such a way! Thats NUTS! An override at minimum is required!
  3. Very good! Nice enhancements to help move past the whole *blesta tries to force you to fit every one of your customers into a "pre-determined package"*
  4. +1 - can also have a check box or small button to "reveal password".
  5. +1 - overriding any portion/details of a package should be possible during addition of package and also NOT AFTER a client has had it added/emailed/activated to their account with the wrong info being displayed at first -- just causes tons of confuses and complaints.
  6. I don't see how a check box for "Unlimited Uses" and one for "Indefinite Validity" would be hard to implement or a problem for anyone/anything. A couple can be used for certain promotions that are "set it and forget it" - you dont care and/or want to not have to worry about it running out and then THAT causing a problem!
  7. When has the solution to a problem with a software ever been "do more work" and "ignore the glaring missing capabilities" ??
  8. Nice, I look forward to you getting the description showing to clients as well. Gonna install this now and test it out, could be the answer to my massive woes until EasyDCIM has billing integration with Blesta completed.
  9. Is there something related to the Core of Blesta that requires the Support Manager Pro module to be so ugly? Or can it be completely fixed up and made to look much prettier and better layout/spacing/sizing, etc.
  10. Have you found a way to properly display the "base spec" or "description" of the package within the service itself on both admin and client sides then relate/tie in any config options/addons so that there is finally a GOOD summary of WHAT the client actually has (hardware config/software/addons/etc) within the specific service "details"? (instead of this "1 package fits all and all you get to see is the package name" lameness...) Also a way to reference the service by a server hostname (visible by client and admin)?
  11. Anyone in the process of creating a module for integration with the Resell.biz domain registrar? Any idea on approximate cost to get it coded otherwise?
