If the support department is 'hidden', then clients cannot see the department nor open a new ticket in that department. However, they can still reply to tickets that are opened in that department.

The plugin when installed stores the name the menu uses in the database. So you either have to change it all before you install it or edit the database to change it.

you can use admin tools plugin to change it .

It is "Cron" and it means you haven't set-up the cron job Settings > System > Automation > you need that command, and depending if you use Linux on it's own, or use a control panel the way you do it varies.
 
cPanel you use /usr/local/bin/php
 
InterWorx you keep it the same.

This Plugin is tested in our test server , no bugs at the moment , in this weekend we will add support for client widget .

1 - download the file http://blesta-addons.com/plugin/store/main/item/22/
2 - upload the announcements folder inside plugin directory .
3 - goto plugins , and install Announcements  Plugin .
4 - enjoy the free content .

Plus - I could not find the way to delete all invoices and make the billings zero dollar?

he means for the client_notes plugin. sometimes it has a -master you need to remove that.
