  1. Currently, there is no option for re-activating a service after canceling. If customer decides to come back with the same information, now, there are 2 services with the same information, one is active, one is canceled. Doesn't look good from my view. Can you add an option allowing re-activating a canceled service please? Thanks.

    That will make customer confused. Even now, if I want to delete current service, there is no option for deleting either. So, adding another service with the same domain, same package will list 2 same service there!
  4. It seems the number of accounts in each DirectAdmin server is not updated in Blesta. It's always 0 / ∞, or 0 / xx. It seems being a bug, unless I missed any setting? Thanks.
  5. I moved one account from one server to another one. Now, I need to update in Blesta. But it seems in "Manage" options, there is no option for that purpose. Do I miss anything? Thanks.
  6. I did uncheck the box "Provision using the LogicBoxes module" already. If keep that box, the error will be "Domain xxxxxx.com is already registered".
  7. I am using LogicBoxes module for controlling domain. Now, I have a customer who registered a domain already. She just pushed her domain from another reseller to my account, and I need to add her domain to Blesta. Because her old vendor and I are under the same registrar, so transferring is not an option. However, when I tried to add domain in Blesta, an error shows up: Website doesn't exist for xxxxxx.com My question is how to add an existing domain into Blesta? Thanks.
  8. It seems not working well with currencies other than USD. The amount is correct, but not the currency. So, for example, I process 100 USD invoice, and my account is set in CAD, I receive 100 CAD in my account, not 100 USD.
  9. Blank page is usually due to incompatible between code and PHP version. Is there any error message recorded from your server log, not gateway log?
  10. The reason is at the folder name. It's actually "braintree\_gateway", and system cannot read "\" character. You will need to rename the folder.

  12. Yep, due date is not needed in the final invoice. However, in that case, should we delete due date from the final invoice? Having an invoice with the due date sooner than the invoice date can create a confusion.

I checked that, and still one error: Due date. - in proforma invoice: invoice date was Mar 08, due date was Mar 12. - when converted to normal invoice, the invoice date is Mar 18, but the due date is still Mar 12. Can you check again please, naja7host? Also, I would like to hear from Blesta guys if you can release a patch for this, before releasing a new version? Thank you.

  15. I added an option with 3 months price, then choose Pro rata Cutoff Day as 15. When placing order today, the 14th, system generated an invoice with "3 Months - $70.43 (Mar 14, 2015 - Apr 01, 2015)" term, while it should be from Mar 14 to May 31, is that correct?

I tried to add a new service by using TheSSLStore module, but then had error at the last step: ErrorCode:-9009|Message: Vendor returns error: the value of the 'apprepcountryname' argument is invalid! Any idea why that happened please? I contacted TheSSLStore, but they suggested to contact Blesta, cause you guys maintain the module. Thanks.
  17. Sorry to take this old topic, but I just installed SSL for my Blesta at https://domain.com/blesta/, and add .htaccess file with above content. However, it seems only loading the default theme, and I cannot login to admin anymore. It always comes back to default portal. So, is the code above working with blesta installed in a sub-folder? Thanks.

    Just a quick question: can client change their DirectAdmin password from Blesta client area? I only see username, password and login link. Click to Manage button, it only shows information, no where client can change password. Unless I miss some settings somewhere. Thanks.

  22. No, it is not something I asked. I still want to use both ACH and credit card processing. Let's say: - I setup Offiline payment and Stripe. - I have customers A, B, C and D. - for customer A and D, all invoices for them are just using Stripe. - for customer B an C, all invoices for them are just using Offline payment gateway. - and they cannot change payment gateway themselves. In WHMCS, I can uncheck at "Clients Choose Gateway - Tick to allow clients to choose the gateway they pay with". http://docs.whmcs.com/Invoice_Tab#Clients_Choose_Gateway The reason for is in case of credit card. We have received many fraud orders, and stopped processing automatically. All credit card payments need to be verified manually, then if it's ok, we will switch to correct payment gateway for customer to pay. Customer cannot choose credit card payment at the first time. Is that possible with Blesta? Thanks.
  23. By default, it seems that client can choose which payment gateway that they want to use. I want to disable it. For example, I prefer all customers using bank transfer method. I only activate credit card option for some special customers. Is that possible? In WHMCS, I know they have that feature, but I am not sure where it is in Blesta, if it's existed. Please advice. Thanks.
