  1. For myself, A FAQ & or KB would be all I would desire. There are plebty of Wiki scripts already done, but a FAQ seems like the right fit for a support oriented system. I can see a Wiki for documentation, but a FAQ or KB better suited for a support desk environment .. Just my thoughts ... A well creafted FAQ/KB can go far to cut down On needless support tickets being generated.
  2. Ive been playing artound a bit and seem to have a workablr solution. I created a Module product named None .. and created a label "No Additional product options available." If you look at http://laplanteenterprises.com/support/plugin/order/main/index/pcw and select it you will see the results .. It just looks cleaner to me but also provides for products that WILL have options. When your out of duct tape & cant find the hammer there is always BEER! :-) Thanks again.. Bob
  3. Ok, now Im more confused .. What is a label ext? I tried making the only row there hidden .. It still shows the cofigurable options area with a text box during checkout. I think I may just not be savvy enough programming wise to use Blesta. I think my needs may be too simple, however I like the customer managment & billing functions, and thats why I have kept at it. I just cant image no one ever having a product for sale that dosent require configurable options and nothing Ive done in the last 2 hours has worked.
  4. Go figure Im lost again. I want to set up some products that have no configurable options. Since I HAVE to choose a module, and "None" is no longer availalable, I chose the universal module. This forces me to add a "product" to the module . I dont really understand this step, but I added a text box called commets,.. When going through the checkout process, It displays the text box with no lable, under rhe statement "Configurable Options". What If my product has no configurabkle optuons and I do not want this to display during the checkout process? Im sure that I am missing something so maybe someone could post how to create a package that has no congfigurable options and wont display configurable options during the checkout process? thanks for all your help! Bob
  5. It would be PERFECT if each client group configured could have it;s OWN customizable Welcome Email. Many of us have different "kinds' of customers and this would greatly improv the customer experience. Bob
  6. My question is: Is it possible to have a different welcome email based on client group membership? I am going to be using Blesta for multiple things, and plan to segment the client base by groups. I Will be selling advertising space, Site membership, Support agreements as well as utilizing the Blesta system's Billing functions to invoice local clients for computer repairs, network design and more. I am developing a custom form to Create membership on a given site, as well as create a client account on my blesta system at the same time, thus both systems will utilize the same log in info. It would be PERFECT if I were able to have a different "Welcome" email for different client groups as the message to each will be completely different. Thoughts?
  7. It would be nice to have a simple FAQ Plugin, like Portal & Downloads ... A well populated FAQ can often save on tickets being opened and also improve customer experience. Just makes sense for Blesta to have one :-) Thoughts? Bob
  8. I have had a couple comments from customers registering on my new blesta install that it is confusing. When a new client registers and submitts, it displays the blank registration form again. It Does change the above menu options as it seems to actually log them in, however displaying the blank form is causing confusion. Is there a way to redirect the successful submission to the dashboard, or maybe a custom welcome page? Maybe this could be a featured added with an upcoming patch? Thoughts anyone? Bob

  10. Ahhh.. thanks, I had changed it there, but had not uninstalled & reinstalled the gateway... Good to know for future tweeks, thanks again, yall are great!
  11. newbie on the loose LOL I am setting my system up to accept payments using the Pay Pal and Blesta's Offline payment gateway. So far I have no problems other than cosmetic... When a customer gets a notice of a pending invoice and the pay now link, the screen they see shows "Offlne Payments" and "PayPal Payments Standard" as available payment options. I would like to change "Offline Payments" to read "Check or Money Order" and am having a time locating the proper file to edit. I have found there to change it for the admin view, but not where the client see's the option? Thanks for all your help! Bob
  12. yes, I have that now, monthly, yearly and one time ... The question is can any other "term" options be added to the drop down, Ie: Impressions...
  13. Ok this will likely bring responses that will cause my brain to explode but I will ask anyway :-) When creating products and priceing options, we have the ability to select monthly, yearly, One time etc.. is it possible to add any options to this drop down? reaon I am asking is I will be offerinf some products that are impression based and it would be nice to add it as an optuon so it "reads" clearly order forms... I am NOT a programmer, but I can follow directions well :-) Thanks Bob
  14. That did it. Thank you for your help.. I am sure Ill be back again LOL
