  1. The 'Confirm Password Reset' page has two flaws in it. I am not sure if this is fixed in v4.0, if someone could confirm that as well, that would be great. 1. The page title is missing. It only displays the company name, and does not include $lang['ClientLogin.confirmreset.page_title'] in the title of the page. This is the only login type page that has this behavior. I checked 3 different Blesta installs, including the one at account.blesta.com, and they all had this issue. 2. The password reset link does not expire after one use. This could be an issue, because if someone has access to your email even for a minute, they can generate a link that will get them into your Blesta account forever. I did not test either of these issues with the staff interface, only the client interface.
  2. It would be nice to be able to rename the system support manager user. For example, we would like to change it to our company name.
  3. I see it pointing to https://www.gravatar.com/avatar/d41d8cd98f00b204e9800998ecf8427e?s=120 . I would rather not register multiple accounts with gravatar just to test and see if it uses the department email.
  4. Yeah, just for auto closed tickets.
  5. That's the issue. I want to be able to customise the system users gravatar.
  6. Understood, I know how gravatar works. However, I am trying to find what email the 'system' user uses. (For ticket auto-closed emails)
  7. Hi! I'm wondering if there is a way to change the "System" user's gravatar in the support manager. Thanks.
  8. Working now. Must have been cached for me.
  9. Still getting the same error.
  10. I tried to log in to the admin area, and it appears the license key is invalid.
  11. Hey All, I'm looking to write a custom report that will show me all the services that have a certain configurable option/addon. Specifically, I need to find all domains that have bought privacy. The privacy configurable option does not call back to our domain registrar, so there is a need to audit the domains that have this option and make sure they are getting what they paid for. Could anyone help me write the query for this custom report? I'm extremely new to Blesta's custom reporting system. It would need to include all domain products, find the services that the addon is active with, and list them. Thank you
  12. Instead of piping, try using IMAP, and set up your Gmail rules like the following: department1@example.com gets put into a folder called DEPARTMENT1 department2@example.com gets put into a folder called DEPARTMENT2 etc.... Then, in the Blesta install, just change the IMAP folder for each department from INBOX to the department's folder. What are the benefits of piping compared to IMAP for you? Currently, we have it set up this way, and no complaints.

    Forum Upgrade

Awesome! Upgraded forum, forced SSL, & gravatar support! Time for a profile pic update <switches to gravatar>
  14. Glad to see this finally go live. We have been using it in production for the last 3-4 months (we were helping them squash bugs), it is a nice module!
  15. One of the most common phone calls that I get from my clients when it comes to Blesta is forgetting what their username was. Most of the time it is simply the users email address, but the field says 'Username' and not 'Email', so they try many different usernames, not even thinking to try their email address. To make the matter worse, the reset password field asks for their username as well, and it gives a success message regardless, forcing them to contact me. Can we either eliminate the username option or make the field say 'Email/Username'?
  16. I like it! A few thoughts: There should also be a setting in which clients who have no active services, open invoices or open tickets get moved automatically to 'inactive' after X days A limited client interface would be nice for clients with 'inactive' status, in case a client still wants to see payment, invoice, service or ticket history. This should be a per company setting, and is not a show stopper for me. At the very least, the login error should be different for clients with different statuses instead of it throwing a generic error. Other than that, I really like the feature in which new clients do not have full access until their order is approved. Definitely would help with fraudsters.
  17. Ah, that's right. Thank you for the clarification!
  18. Yeah, something like that! Fraud obviously should stay the same, in the sense that it should just kick them out completely, but I'd like Blesta to expand the inactive feature. So much more could be done with it instead of just locking the user out completely.
  19. Maybe I'm just loosing my marbles, but where does the client or admin see the void message? Usually you just click the void button, and you do not get a space to type in a message.
  20. Good to know. Do you have to apply the 5.5 hotfix for it to be compatible with 5.6? When I saw '5.5 hotfix' I just assumed 5.6 was not supported yet. I was looking at the PHP site today and got a good laugh, because 5.6 is going to have support longer than 7.0 when it comes to security updates. As long as I can get it to work on 5.6 I will be one happy person
  21. What would be nice is if Blesta built in a SAML authentication server (or something like that). Then clients could auth to one central place (Blesta) and from there they could log in to anything that supports SAML. Currently the shared login plugin does the exact opposite (allows you to login to Blesta from something else). Considering Blesta is somewhat the 'core' of any hosting business, I would like to see Blesta become some sort of authentication provider.
  22. I don't think Blesta has a module for ipay88. You could either write the module yourself, contact ipay88 and see if they would write it, or find a Blesta developer who could write it for you.
  23. That would be great if you could! I'll add it to my calendar to PM you in 20 days. Thank you sir!
  24. I love the Active/Inactive/Fraud feature of Blesta, and it helps deal with fraud accounts. However, it's hard for us to use the inactive status because it will lock a user completely out of their account. I would like to see something implemented where if a user is marked inactive, they basically get a read-only view of their account (past invoices, tickets and transactions) and nothing more. Maybe it can be a company wide setting of what actions they are able to do with an inactive account. The reason this would be necessary is because we are planning on integrating authentication for various systems into Blesta. We would like inactive clients to still be able to see a 'frozen' version of their account, but not access other resources, etc. Additionally, a company wide option to allow the user to re-activate their account upon purchase of a new service would be good so that if someone leaves, they do not have to open a new account to come back. Maybe a system to auto inactivate clients accounts who have no active services, open invoices, or open tickets would be a part of this as well?
