I would like to switch from whmcs to Blesta, some time ago we got problems sending emails out to Gmail or Hotmail (despite a good reputation system emails went to the client spam folder) due to the login details usually contain many links, after they have implemented Base64 encoded emails it worked.

Also with bulk e-mails e.g. maintenance notification we had issues due to gmail, hotmail, yahoo rate limits, therefore it would be nice if there is a function which delays email delivery e.g. 20 e-mails per minute.

For a billing system it's important to be able to send base64 encoded and limited per minute for proper delivery of important emails and  avoid blacklistings.

Okay I have no answer for that sorry I'll tag our lead developer in, I've never had issues with Yahoo, Hotmail or Gmail before though. @Jono

Hello Michael and thank you for your reply.

I'm new to reseller program and I was thinking....

I'm having some CRM, ERP, and other DESKTOP software that my users now use only on LAN, but I would like to provide them an option to have an online MySQL database that would connect with SSH tunnel.

So I was looking at the A2 Hosting, they have a reseller program that uses Blesta.

Not sure if this is the right solution, but could Blesta, on creating a CPanel account, create a SSH keys, default MySQL user and a blank database and send this info in an email to the user?

It would be great if I could also be able to create plans (packages) that will limit the number of records (or a size of the MySQL databases) regarding the plan selected, but I have read somewhere that this is not possible.

But could the SSH keys, MySQL user and the blank MySQL database be created on the CPanel creation moment?

    Thanks,

    Davor

I don't think so however I'll ask my manager Paul on Monday when he's back in the office.

Hello, could this be done with Blesta?

When creating a package or a plan in the panel that will our potential users see and choose, can we create a webhosting package that can limit a number of records that a user can add to a MySQL database?
For example if we want to create:
Starter plan: Unlimited number of MySQL databases with limit of 1200 records per database
Basic plan: Unlimited number of MySQL databases with limit of 6000 records per database
Enterprise plan: Unlimited number of MySQL databases with unlimited records per database

    Thanks,

    Davor

    Hi Davor,

How would we go about that, are you using a control panel at the moment?

According to Icelandic law, at least as I understand it, is that any published invoice cannot be edited. This means that even if the issue with an invoice is a simple typo like 'Gld' instead of 'Gold', the invoice must be cancelled, a credit invoice issued, and a completely new invoice generated. A problem that cropped up with WHMCS was when late charges were added. Instead of creating a new invoice for the late charges, WHMCS simply modified the original invoice. That is not legal in Iceland (and many other countries from what I hear).

In Blesta 5.1.x you'll be able to "Add option to cache copy of invoice when generated": https://dev.blesta.com/browse/CORE-923

You can edit invoices just to add notes which was part of 3.x, you can add private or public notes.

I'll ask Paul about it and see what I can do, if you can open a feature request for an option to generate a new invoice on change, that would be amazing and can be tracked and I'll try and push it forward.

    hi Michael,

By Plugin, I mean Module, the module not import products, just configurable options and group.

Okay the module, I'll see what I can pull up when our lead dev is back in on Monday

    Hi there,

That plugin do not import packages products, only create "Configurable Options" - Groups and Options, not functionally.

Please, Blesta, can you take a look on it?

    Thank you

Hi the plugin is only to re-issue certificates and stuff not part of the migration tool.

    Plugin Companion

This module has a plugin companion called TheSSLStore Plugin that registers two Automation Tasks, including: SSL Order Synchronization, and SSL Certificate Expiration Reminder. It is suggested that you install this plugin after configuring the module.

We would also be pleased about an integration of InternetX.

I have a customer who would like to transfer his website to Blesta, would you please mention if Blesta is supporting InternetX or not ?

I've opened a feature request for this please +1 it and we'll see if we can get it sorted after the domain management system has been revamped in 5.1.0 but can't promise anything.

I'm also having the same issue, I modified the URL of the company while testing, I reverted the URL on the DB but I'm still getting this same error, I was just starting the trial today, I'm using the same email has the I'm using right now on this forum

Have you set a hostname for localhost? Because localhost doesn't get trials
