I have one domain that I'm using for nameservers so I have the child nameservers setup for ns1 and ns2 with the IP addresses assigned. I have 2 .coms pointing to the server using this set of nameservers. I've now got a client who has a .ca domain and I'm trying to update their nameservers to point over and that's where I get the error.

Maybe a dumb question but you're not suppose to be using the main cPanel and the extended version together? I keep trying to setup the extended module and I get a 500.shtml error every time. Guess I can disable the one and see what happens.

I imported from v5.3.6 and for the most part had no issues. If you use Stargate with WHMCS, you'll have to switch that over to Logicboxes and add the order-id to pull the whois info and change domain to domain-name to have the 'label' showup. I used OpenSRS/Tucows for some domains over there and none of them imported so I had to manually add them to the clients accounts. I did also see quite a few credit cards that didn't import over (some did and some didn't) and users passwords didn't seem to work until I reset them with the same password. This could have all been my error by not making the right changes to some of the encryption before I imported. I'm still not sure about that one.

I've double and triple checked that. I have a couple of .com 's running on that server but this .ca doesn't want to accept it. I know Tucows had a place in their old RWI to submit to all foreign registries and I think that's what needs to happen here. The only difference is that this domain is at resell.biz and I don't see a function like that. Thanks for trying though!

This doesn't pertain to Blesta but does anyone know how to add nameservers to the .ca registry when using resell.biz? Trying to change a clients nameservers to one of my servers and I get this message; There was an error setting the name server for the following domain: 'Nameserver [ns1.domain.com] doesn't exist at the registry. ' (ns1.domain.com) isn't the real domain of course.

Which registrar are you using?

Is this similar to logic boxes where I can put an order number in the database and have the domain show up under label?

This is the response that I got from OpenSRS about creating a module for Blesta. I'm hoping if more people contact them about it, they'll do it. No we do not have any plans to create a module which would allow integration with the Blesta billing system, however, I have now submitted it to our Product Management team as a feature request for you. Although our API can be integrated with many different 3rd party CRM systems, and most commonly with the ones mentioned in the link below, the only system we currently offer specific integration modules for is WHMCS. It's fine. I just wondered if it shouldn't show more of the message and there's probably a way I can manually edit a file to show more of the note?

I don't know if this is a result of the importer or internal Blesta coding: Sticky Notes - The ones I imported from WHMCS seem to be truncated - They don't show the full message for that given note.

Is anyone else having trouble connecting? I logged into my GoGetSSL account and went to the API screen. It appears that my email address is my API Username and I clicked the generate button for a password. This is the message that I get from Blesta: A connection to the server could not be established. Please check to ensure that the API credentials are correct. I'm sure I'm missing something simple. Thanks!

I think the solution is to uncheck the box on the domain package page and restrict that package after the import is done. Then I'm going to create a new package for all of the domains to sort of start over fresh. I am excited to see this new domain module in v3.3 though.

I agree it's a pain to add all of this. I got it to work now and understand it but I haven't finished updating every domain.

All of the labels are in place now. I'm still trying to figure out why the nameservers, settings and whois tabs aren't updating. I also have to add all of my OpenSRS registered domains in and then I get the joy of dealing with the domain prices from the WHMCS import! Getting further than I ever have so hopefully this all happens one day soon.

I guess I completely misread this earlier and wasn't picking up on the 'domain' to 'domain-name' part for the key value.

ok I'm slowly figuring it out. Under the services_field table, the key is 'domain' right now. I'm manually updating the key to 'domain-name' right now and the label value is being filled in atleast. Let me see what happens as I go through more of them. Thanks!

I did try that this morning and nothing changed. I spent about two hours looking around and everything appeared equal in the database between one that did work and one that didn't. I wonder if something gets crossed up because I import from Stargate on the WHMCS side and then use Logicboxes with Blesta?

I'm just wondering how to get that info to show up. I have domains registered at resell.biz already, then I imported from WHMCS and the tabs are empty. My guess was that the cron job had to run to update but I was wrong about that. Will only newly registered domains show that info now (ones newly registered or transferred after I start using Blesta)?

As an update, when I imported from v5.6.3, I had the following happen: No domains from OpenSRS were imported through the Universal Module Also, I use Stargate there for resell.biz and the 'label' doesn't get filled in properly. Is this a manual edit? Michael was trying to help me out in another thread but I still couldn't get it figured out.

How do I do that? I thought that having my module setup with my account and running cron job would do that.
