medfordite
When sending a non-templated HTML Based email to a customer, it sends fine, but the content of the email isn't there, however when sending Text based email, it sends fine. Does anyone else have this issue?
0 Michael
Not sure I believe it's better to have both fields filled, so if their email provider doesn't handle HTML they get the text version. I'm sure that's what Paul said before. If you send both sections filled is everything ok?
0 Ken
When sending a non-templated HTML Based email to a customer, it sends fine, but the content of the email isn't there, however when sending Text based email, it sends fine. Does anyone else have this issue? I just tested this by creating a test message and entering content in both HTML and plain text fields. I received the HTML message content with no problems. When you say the content of the email isn't there are you meaning that it's a blank message? If you look at the raw message data do you see any content in there to rule out any possible coding issue? Have you tested the message by receiving it in another email client?
0 medfordite
Blank message for HTML. Nothing contained when reading the source. I have tried sending to several different email accounts (I have one test account I use and have switched accounts to send to), and still same issue.
