Even if I use "Mark Printed" or "Print", they are still there. All others (273) are under Previously Printed! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Tyson Posted January 14, 2014 Report Share Posted January 14, 2014 What's different about these invoices? Do you have any recurring invoices/services that generated these invoices? How often does it happen? If you can't reproduce it, then we can't determine if it's a bug, nor how to fix it if it is. We need as much info from How to Report a Bug as possible. I know it's hard to reproduce, but if you can tell me in the database, which field get updated when I trigger the "Mark Printed", I will go and check the database to see if I can see something strange. 10RUPTiV Posted January 17, 2014 Author Report Share Posted January 17, 2014 I update the table directly, the date have "null" like other item but for an unknown reason, the frontend of blesta can't update it.
