If the BCC notices in the staff group are meant to BCC members of that group when any of the ticked emails are sent then these are not working. Version affected : 3.1.x Steps to reproduce: Tick some BCC notices in staff groups and wait for any of the ticket emails to be sent. Paul Posted February 23, 2014 Report Share Posted February 23, 2014 The purpose of the group is to allow staff members to subscribe to those BCC emails if they wish.
