Custom Fields In Universal Module

Hi its possible with the universal module when adding the service options i mean the fields example if i set checkbox or radio its possible instead of having values with words have images? so client can see a series of images as options instead of words.

Nope not at the moment, you could open a feature request or you can code a plugin or pay someone to do it. We use Eric for our modules / plugins you can contact him in the marketplace thread or by PMing him at @secforus_ehansen.
