Client Prohibits Duplicate Email Addresses

Question

When attempting to add a new client which has the same email address as an existing client,

(as in 2 clients want invoices to go to the same person)

 

That username has already been taked

 

I just tried this on the demo system and it does not seem to be a problem!

As the error suggests, you cannot have more than one client with the same username. I suspect you're trying to use the client's email address as their username, in which case you should specify a separate username for the second client. You can keep the email address the same.
