The Response Times modules creates a dynamic smarty variable which can be used within your client to display your average response time to ticket replies. The response time is calculated using a custom query, which can be altered in the module settings.

 

So customer can see ticket response times. and average response times So,We can maintain SLA Like some Managed SLA average response times 15 min. and and non managed average response times 1 hour.
