Payment Url Is Not Correct

The emails that are going out to customers to pay an invoice is showing:

http://site.net/client/pay/method/6/?sid=x

What it should show is http://site.net/blesta/client/pay/method/6/?sid=x

When I go to settings > system > general

It shows the proper path:

 

Root Web Directory
 /home/site/public_html/blesta/

How do I properly set the URL in the emails that go to customers so it includes the proper path?

Go to settings > System > Basic setup > Here make sure you have specified the correct path to your blesta installation.

Looks like the Root Web Directory is incorrect. The root web directory should be set to /home/site/public_html/, without /blesta/. /blesta/ is Blesta's installed web directory, while /public_html/ is the root web directory.
