Suppdort Plugin Grayed Out No Install Button

Well then the support manager if its installed isn't there at all no support options.

 

I had to reinstall the server for solusvm and change my vps with install so its a new one.

Earlier it worked fine. I am going to reinstall cpanel again cause it kept freezing I think

it messed something up.

 

If it was installed isn't there uninstall button?

If you've installed the support manager go to Settings > System > Staff > Staff Groups > Admin > edit > check all for support and then F5.

[settings] -> [Plugins] -> [Available] lists all plugins in the system. Those that are grayed out are already installed.

 

[settings] -> [Plugins] -> [installed] lists all plugins that are installed. If you install one and don't see it in the list, then something is not working properly.
