Auto Provision

Hi everyone,

 

Our Blesta install is running perfectly, however the auto provision don't work and I can't find out why.

 

The solusvm module is working, since I can see the templates while ordering. But, even with the cron job up and running, and the option to auto provision pending services enabled, the system don't create the account in the server. Also, I didnt find a way on how to do that manually (a button to force the creation of the account on the solusvm server).

 

Any help will be appreciated.

Make sure the Provision Paid Pending Services cron task is enabled under [settings] -> [Automation] and that it doesn't have a spinning icon next to it indicating that the task has stalled. Check that the invoice the service belongs to is fully paid and closed. Check the module logs under [Tools] to see if any recent log entries are for SolusVM. Click the table row of the log to show raw information, which may contain an error if it failed to provision the service.

 

To attempt to activate the service manually, view the pending service in Blesta (either under the client profile's service widget, or under [billing] -> [services] -> (Pending). Click to Manage the service and then click the Activate button to attempt to provision it manually. If you receive an error, check the module logs again, as it may contain more error information to help debug the problem.

What control Panel are you using for your Blesta installation?

 

What is your cron job set on the control panel?

Do you have a manual provision on the order form or is it not checked?

Do you have a fraud check in place? Has a order been marked as fraud and currently pending in the Order widget on the Billing page?

We need a bit more information like the above.

Hi,

 

 - cPanel

 - Every 5 minutes.. on blesta automation shows that the cron job is running: 14 Jul, 2015 7:55:02 AM

 - No: Require Manual Review and Approval of All Orders (unchecked)

 - No

 

Also: this service has been paid using a coupon (100% off).. not a gateway.
