WebhostingNZ.com Posted November 13, 2015 Report Share Posted November 13, 2015 Hey, When creating a customer if you select use email address as username, but do not enter an email address it will return error 'Please enter a username'. It may be that the username is pre-populated with the email address, but the email address is blank, and therefore the username is blank.
