My clients use email as username and when they try to reset password there is no email. I check logs but there is no entries. Any hint what can be wrong ? Not working with Firefox, Chrom, Safari 2. mail log is empty I didn't test this function before redesign but as login form and registration from are working I don't see reason that password reset form will not work. From client profile username = email so everything should be working ok Email logs for client are empty, what could be reason for that ? What is best way to troubleshoot this problem ? Right since you haven't answered me about checking if their username is correct and that it works for yourself. Here I'll test it myself. 0 Paul Posted February 6, 2017 Report Share Posted February 6, 2017 One of three problems: The username is not correct (double check that it is) Email does not work at all (Do other emails go out, or is it just password reset ones that don't?)
