My fault. After extracting from the command line I was expecting the hotfix5.5 to be in the ./blesta directory with all the other files but it is in the current folder and the content has to be copied. Sorry.2 points -

Domain Name you can set in the languages if you are using a module, if you using the Universal Module you can update the label. The left and right is because of the order form template you are using… Not a Blesta issue if you are using custom order forms.1 point
