  1. Hi Mike, The best way you could have handled the situation was to simply answer the tickets and tell folks the truth or at least tell your clients that things have gone to shit for the moment so best to look for a license elsewhere. Leaving clients hanging makes them look bad to their clients and damages a brands reputation. I know I certainly could have respected that. Things happen in business and sometimes things go sideways and get out of control with no way out. For me, it wasn't that big of a deal because after the first day of my license being suspended I obviously got one elsewhere in the interim. Either way, I truly hope you get your head above water with this and wish you well in the future. Good luck Mike.
  2. Looks good but alot of links don't work and the order buttons lead to the blesta client login rather than product or order form.
  3. I would also like to question if this is ever going to be a reality for Blesta? This post was created back in 2013 and still no module for such a popular service. I am one of those that have been manually checking FraudRecord for each order and it's becoming quite the task.
  4. Hi guys, I've had this blesta install running for over a month or so now without issue. I added SSL to the site a few days back and now my order forms will not show recaptcha. Everything else seems to be working fine but the form will not show recaptcha and thus can not process orders as it fails the recaptcha. Any ideas? php- 5.4.27 mysql-5.5.37 Blesta-3.2(current) domain/client Centos/ Vestacp No .htaccess ATM
  5. Daniel B. I had already thought of the direct link but I wanted access to multiple order forms for various products. Your post here: http://www.blesta.com/forums/index.php?/topic/1340-multiple-order-forums-on-client-portal/ has enlightened me to how to do this. Thanks. Licensecart, That is my situation as my current license is with you and I will adding this new project to it real soon now that I have a workaround.
  6. Awesome! This will solve the issue I'm having with order forms. Thanks Daniel!
  7. The content is default from portal install. <div class="col-md-12"> <div class="thanks"> <blockquote> <h4>Thank you for installing Blesta!</h4> <p>This is your client portal page, and you may wish to link here from your website. 8. Nginx is used on the server but removing nginx support for that domain yields the same results.
  9. http://verticalvm.com/client/
  10. The order form url is like this : domain.com/client/index.php/order/main/packages/OpenVZ/?group_id=1 When hovering over the order link in the portal the link looks like this : domain.com/client/index.php/order/ Clicking said link brings me here : domain.com/client/index.php/404/ Client is the blesta root and OpenVZ is the order form Name and label.
  11. I've tried that many times with the same result. I read through the CORE-1246 bug report and tried creating the order form with out making any edits to it before setting as default, still no go. I have reinstalled blesta(more than once, lol), cleared the cache, tried recreating the order forms and setting the default, none of it works for this issue unfortunately. All other links from the portal work fine I have not installed ssl yet and the order forms are not set to force ssl.
  12. So, is there a work around for this issue currently? Without an order form, my monthly blesta license is kinda useless to me, lol.
  13. It does look exactly like that. The order form url however is: domain/client/index.php/order/openvz where openvz is the name of the order form.
  14. php- 5.4.27 mysql-5.5.37 Blesta-3.2(current) domain/client Centos/ Vestacp No .htaccess ATM Everything else seems to work so far. I can find the order page manually via direct link but clicking the order link from the portal results in 404 error. Older versions work fine.
  15. I'm having the exact same issue. Created the order form and set it to default, but no order form shows. I've reinstalled blesta and cleared the cache and still no order form. Is there a patch or fix for this bug other than editing the portal code? Edit, even editing the portal code as in the above example still produces a 404 error.
  16. No go. With the above edit, it opens a popup window to the same 404 page.
  17. I downloaded this version from the OP: http://on.gweb.pt/Public_Open_Blesta/live_chat.zip I just downloaded again, and reinstalled with the same result. I'm using the latest Blesta 3.2.0.
  18. i'm having the same issue after installing this plugin. It creates a menu that links to an unavailable page and get the 404 error. Below is the html menu link created by the plugin. <a href="/account/index.php/admin/../plugins/live_chat/vendors/blc/index.php/site_admin/">Live Chat</a>
  19. I'm not really sure as I simply deleted the first 50 entries from the log_cron table. If it happens again I'll check through the entries and see if it gives up any info.
  20. Removing the offending cron log from the database and manually running the cron cleared the error from the system status widget. Clearing the cache solved the support manager pro menu issue as well. All is good again. Thanks guys!
