Potato got a reaction from ariq01 in [Idea] Affiliate System Plugin
Like yourselves have worked with a myriad of different affiliate platforms and hosting companies own custom made affiliate systems. What seems to be the prefered, and most converting would be the following type of setup
1. Flat rate based and defined per product e.g. [£10] for Web Hosting, [£25] for Reseller etc.
2. %/percentage based - Pay [50%] for Web Hosting, [25%] for Reseller
3. Performance incentives options - Which would tie in to both of the above (e.g. performance incentives for both fixed price & % based) - If [10] approved sales per [month] then pay [£50] one-off if [25] sales pay [£150]
4. Coupon code - This is an absolute must, and was actually a VERY popular add-on for WHMCS - Should be as standard, where a user defines a coupon code or codes exclusive to them from an pre-defined (admin created) list of percentages, so if anyone uses this code, the commission is paid to the affiliate - - See below screenshot.
5. Affiliate link - Control what landing page it links to - Example in below screenshot too.
+ The items you've already mentioned in your Roadmap - http://dev.blesta.com/browse/CORE-1091

Yeah I added two options on the list, some like to sell a lot more so it's easier by price, or you can do one by one

Hi,
I suggested something similar recently, where we should have configurable options:

Yeah that's fine and then do others for other prices. The documentation is currently being improved and added to every so often as the guys are working on the code part and then will get back to it .

Potato reacted to Paul in Support Issue With Attachments
See CORE-1274. Attachments are not sent via email, as they may be too large. Instead, attachments can be downloaded via the browser. If you look at this task, you can update your email template to include a link to the ticket if there are any attachments by copying the conditional in the task. I've added it here for reference.
{% if ticket.reply_has_attachments %} Files have been attached to this ticket reply. You may visit {update_ticket_url} to view the ticket and download the attachments. {% endif%} -

You can disable notifications for Reseller Club
In the reseller client area; Settings > System notifications > Email
Under 'Mail Sent to your Customers' - Disable this.
In doing so, you can then simply have Blesta take care of all your email correspondence and have control over what login link get's sent to your customers.

Potato got a reaction from Michael in Configuring Domains Via Logicboxes
Hi Michael,
Thank you for your response.
So I create a package for domains and each package must be the same pricing bracket, for example:
Package 1: £8.99 - .com,net,.co
Package 2: £4.99 - .co.uk, .uk, org.uk etc?
Am I missing anything in the documentation that explains setting up domains in more detail?
