  1. Add support for markdown support for every where tinymce is used.
  2. @developers , i can sponsor a proxmox server to get LXC and full proxmox 4.x support going.
  3. @modulematic awesome work. BTW: I have Purchased this theme from you. It would be a good idea to include a readme.txt with installation and customization tips inside the zipfile.

    Release 3.6.1

@Nelsa domain management, deleting of invoices, etc. Fact remains, licensecart has successfully hijacked these forums and virtually every post has a reply from him. Every license someone purchases from licensecart instead of directly from blesta.com is approximately a 60% revenue loss for the blesta project. 60% loss to revenue ... is a 60% loss to development and coding.

    Release 3.6.1

I have given constructive criticism, praise and suggestions.. certain people hijack every single thread on this forum. And then you lock the threads because they get hijacked. I own multiple blesta and multiple whmcs licenses. From a development and coding point of view Blesta is better. From a business point of view WHMCS 6 is better.

    Release 3.6.1

+1. In the mean time, try the new whmcs 6 and u won't want to use blesta 3.x
  7. Does this have Support Tickets Limiting ? Please see forum post for more info http://www.blesta.com/forums/index.php?/topic/6050-support-tickets-limiting/
  8. @developers , i can sponsor a proxmox server to get LXC and full proxmox 4.x support going.
  9. Looking for the following functionality either with a plugin/module or without. Ie. client purchases X support credits, and when they create a support request their credits are reduced. After all their support credits are used up, they are forced to purchase more support credits in order to create new support tickets. Currently whmcs have the following plugin available, so I figured I would try here before I go the whmcs route for my client.
  10. My point is simple, because there is no domain management, the product is defective for the majority of hosting providers. Even the large domain resellers are now focusing on WHMCS and have given up on blesta, until we have some form of domain management this will only get worse. Since you are a blesta reseller, you have an extreme bias towards it. I have lifetime owned licenses for WHMCS/Blesta/Clientexec/AWBS. Besides the domain management, blesta is a fantastic product. As of right now the best WHMCS alternative is clientexec, which is sad. If blesta lacks the resources, they need to hire more developers and expand, and/or offer bounties.
  11. And its 2016, blesta still cant handle domain management. WHMCS continues to kill blesta, but without domain management blesta will remain the laughing stock of billing systems
  12. @Paul has proper domain management been completed ? or is the new look your priority ? As of now the new WHMCS is killing blesta 3.6
  13. expensive .... for something that whmcs does by default and blesta should.
  14. Pretty much, if the user is paying by other -> offline payment, I want to include the Offline Payment -> Instructions in the email.
  15. I think they should be listed as a popup or a tooltip or like whmcs does, which displays all the variables underneath the textarea. See attached
  16. +1 this needs to be added to the next release
  17. Maybe adding it to the log or only if the user is the super admin Thanks for the help and quick response. @licensecart , the dirs and permissions are created, latest blesta files are extracted and copied, the dirs and permissions are checked/set, blesta installer is run, invoice logo was upload, geoip was enabled, support manager was enabled.. support manager failed to allow files to upload.
  18. @licensecart .. maybe when its sorted it still doesn't work ;-P Invoice logo, geoip etc all working correctly before. Only support manager had issues.
  19. @paul thanks for the help, maybe make a mention in the support/user docs.
  20. The uploads/1/support_manager_files directory is not being created. I suggest the module should try re-creating this directory if it does not exist. A better error message would also be helpful, eg. The file could not be written to directory /uploads/1/support_manager_files
  21. They are writable, does the support manager use a different directory ?
