Hi all I deleted the support group and added it again, issue now gone, I still have no idea what was causing it

Hi all When a client opens a new support ticket, the system emails them back but is Cc an other client email address to there's. Its a different email each times. This happens when the system send the "We have received your ticket" Any ideas?

I download it again from your link in this forum, and upload them by FTP but the same thing, so not sure what I am doing wrong

Hi there I am getting 404 Sorry, the page you are trying to access does not exist or may have moved. I have looked over the forum and I see that there should be 11 folders in blc I have only 10 + the index.php ant ideas? Thanks

Hello I am in New Zealand and would like to use this, but when I download it, and go and install it I get "Name is invalid." Any ideas?
