When I logged in just now, I got a message saying something like "license successfully reactivated", and then had to enter my user/login a second time to get in to the dashboard.. On the home screen there are notifcations saying no cron has run in 24 hours and no invoices have been created by cron in past 24 hours..
My license is issued through WebHostingBuzz reseller. My guess is, when a license is up for renewal, the actual renewal is trigger by logging in, and I'm hoping that now that it's been successfully reactivated, the invoices (attached to services) that were not created will be created. Is that the case? OR do I have to go and manually create the ones that were missed?

No, I mean when the transaction was created, i.e., when a record was created in Blesta for receipt of payment by the customer. In most cases, the invoice associated with the payment would have been created sometime earlier.
 
 
 
It would appear in the tax liability report. The date you filter by for the tax liability report refers to the date the invoice was closed, meaning that 100% of the invoice total must be paid within that date range. The transaction reports are a bit different, as the filter dates refer to the date the payment was received. The date the payment was received is not necessarily the same date that invoices are closed. It's possible to make a payment a year ago, but only have that amount applied to an invoice today. In this case, the invoice would appear in the tax liability report for today while the transaction reports would have included it a year ago.

This is a one-time paid plugin with unlimited support and updates. This plugin replaces the one shipped with Blesta so you can't use both. It's created to take the CMS to the next level. How can you get the CMS plugin?

We provide it with our Modern Integration+ for free and we sell it on it's own here for $150 or $12 a month: Order form.

The plugin is fully editable minus the 4 files used for licensing purposes. We'll only support the plugin if no major changes have been done, that way we know it is our issue and not something you've done to it.
 
It's been tested by three people so far, Doug (Evolve Webhost - Modern Integration+), Mujahed (ModulesBakery - Developer) and myself whilst preparing for the next Licensecart design.

Testing, learning, testing, and only after PRODUCTION?

Why don't you tweak the settings to fit your needs?
 
Settings > Billing/Payment > Invoice and Charge Options.
 
- Here you can uncheck "Invoice Suspended Services" if you don't want them to be billed.
 
Settings > Billing/Payment > Payment Due Notices
 
- Here you can disable the first, second, third, or all payment notices and change when they are sent.
 
If you have a lot of customers with suspended services, you could cancel those services, void any invoices, and clear them out. Under Billing > Services, sort by Suspended to identify who these people are.
 
Some companies want to bug their customers who don't pay. I wouldn't call that spam.

I have clients with services running that I auto debit them for every month. But for one-off jobs, I want to invoice them for deposit but not automatically debit their credit card at that time. (They may also wish to pay by cheque, etc)
 
I would like to add a method by which a specific invoice can be made exempt for auto debit. This option could be selected during invoice creation or edit and would prevent auto debit from running against it. At such time the quote is approved for payment, I could then go in and manually debit the payment account.

Open a ticket and I'll issue a dev license to your account. If you have an owned license, it'll be permanent, if monthly, then it'll expire after 6 months but can be extended.
