turner2f got a reaction from Michael in What is Best Way to Secure Blesta on a Server ?
RESOLVED
Awesome.
Looks like RE-issuing the license via my Account resolved ALL my issues :
Dashboard --> Services --> Manage --> Manage License --> Reissue License --> Update License Status
Such as with the URL looping in the browser.
Thanks.

turner2f got a reaction from Blesta Addons in 2nd Newsletter Option for Receiving Blesta Patch Updates
Because I am an "email person" and have a very busy schedule outside of having to login to my admin panel.
Email is easier to keep track of.

turner2f got a reaction from Blesta Addons in 2nd Newsletter Option for Receiving Blesta Patch Updates
I am aware that Blesta has a Newsfeed to let us know about the different patches they have released.
BUT...
The issue is that the news can easily be missed unless we are actively monitoring for it.
=============
PLEASE consider adding a 2nd option within your newsletter sign-up where we can receive email alerts for the Blesta Patch Updates
Look forward to your reply.

turner2f reacted to eunger9 in Creating Support Department Issue
Sorted. It was ModSecurity preventing some forms from being submitted and writing data from /support/ to the DB.
Thanks for everyone's suggestions and quick assistance!

turner2f reacted to Hix in Overview: Outstanding Balance Question
@Paul hey look.. here is the patch. It was quite an annoying bug, so I patched it. Me not being a true developer though, so I'm not sure if this is a proper way how to compare a date

turner2f got a reaction from John in 2nd Newsletter Option for Receiving Blesta Patch Updates
Thanks for the reply.
As mentioned earlier, we need a 2nd option concerning the newsletter sign-up...
The newsletter we receive does NOT include announcements for Blesta Patch Updates.
Not everyone wants to be informed about the Blesta Patch Updates.
Whereas others actually DO want to be informed about the patch updates by email.
PLEASE consider adding a 2nd option within your newsletter sign-up where we can receive email alerts for the Blesta Patch Updates
