Paul is a WHMCS Fanboy like he points out on twitter I'm a Blesta fanboy.
great to see you reply oh his behalf...

i dont think even redsys module is by-default available
-
i feel, i agree with @Tyson, you may install blesta using firebase and manage it
but havent tested it
moreover i wont test firebase right across, so someone would have to markdown in here to let the community know regarding this...
-
trying to develop some plugin to enhance user functionalities
then we will try reading it every time from the file
what we wish not to achieve, is to disturb the blesta security, so discussing here
-
hi
just out-of-respect
why dont you use blesta?
-
hey, not in my dashboard, in the account.blesta.com dashboard
-
hi @Paul, and even other may join in to comment and help me achieve what we are looking at
so would you advice some kind of a secret different database, having some different named tables to store it, so that the outside can communicate with the table/db and the needfull be done, without the hacker/cracker getting to know the clue of what this field is?
let me know if this would be okay
i may, on this, share a few screenshots as soon as we get on to the best advice implemented...
and believe me all, you are all going to love it, what we are trying to achieve, not sure all will, but i feel so

I'm not sure I understand what you're asking. If Blesta isn't installed, then there is no upgrade to run. You would just do a fresh install.
so till i dont install it, and the support is active, should it not show the latest version in the account dashboard with blesta, or it fetches the version number only after its installed?
-
by the way
that reminds me of a question
say you have an active license, unused
how would the version increase, if at all its unused and the support and updates are active
i am asking this, as i fall in this category

hi
will it be a good idea to save the secret key from the blesta config file in a table in the blesta database?
say, will it be a security concern?

hey @Ixus
as i see from your other thread and this, it really seems like you are very angry
also, there are times, when you do get angry and upset, specifically, when you pay and get stuckup, and are unable to proceed
this has happened with me a many times
as far as questioning by others are concerned, i would suggest you to listen to blesta people like @Paul, @Tyson, @Jono and then a few others
and believe me, these 3 people i have mentioned have always stood by at times when i needed
in case of the issue, you are facing, let talk to @Paul, surely, he will find a way out
and yes, kindly do not misunderstand me
-
-
-
@Jono i have send you a PM, if you may get time to take a look at it, would be very helpful
-
jokes apart, thanks for the contributions, i would rather like to concentrate on the topic
@Jono, i would like to know what is taken as hash key
i do not intend to reverse the password encryption, its just i am trying to achieve something, but wish to know what to pass on with the hash_hmac in the key field
actually what goes into the key
-
hi
i need to get to know what is the key for the the hashed password
and from where do i get the key
actually i need to know what is the key inserted into the hash_hmac for encrypting
any devs, or guys from blesta team may let me know
thanks
amit

if since march there hasnt been any progress in
i feel we should not discuss it more, rather as pointed by @BeZazz, you should contact any devs you like, or the ones i have mentioned
according to me, or my personal experience, @GosuHost & @Blesta Addons both are equally competent
moreover, as @Tyson suggested about a particular provider, you may contact them and follow this
also, regarding you concern of external links, as you see there has been no guidance here, but yes you can very much do that, what you are looking for, either you can do it manually or code a plugin or get one coded for you from the devs
i personally tried it out and could achieve it, but its very crude and insecure way, so i wont be guiding you to proceed the way i achieved what you are looking for
hope you will get the gateway module/component/plugin coded for you, of your desired provider, or a plugin to serve the purpose you are presently looking at

Payment gateways are classed as gateways = Payment integrations. [ PayPal, BrainTree, 2CO]

hahaha

most welcome mate

@cntshepo for specific development, you may contact @Blesta Addons or @GosuHost or @timnboys or a few more
but i believe, they will all be able to code a module for the paymentgateway of your choice, but they also, more likely wont be providing you with a paymentgateway
-

What do you mean? We create new payment gateways all the time. If @cntshepo needs a particular SA payment gateway, we'll take a look and consider integrating.
mate
i doubt you create payment gateways or provide them
as much as i am aware, you provide a module for payment gateway
moreover blesta is not into payment gateway, its into billing automation, and in that course, you may provide the module for a few or more gateways, but not the gateway
correct me if i am wrong

Save the secret key in db?
in The Lounge
Posted
hi @Jono, this is not the same, as this wont be able to use API
the only thing is when i go ahead with the plugin thing, i am requiring the db things which may compromise the security, so am rethinking and rethinking, and i am going crazy...
