  1. I'm not a law expert and do not know the exact details of this law. But is very clear on many websites I read about it and also on the WHMCS blog link I posted where it says as I quote: /// Who does GDPR apply to? GDPR compliance isn't just for European companies. GDPR applies to businesses of all sizes, regardless of whether you have 1 or 10,000 employees, and regardless of where you or your company is based. If you offer products and services to customers located within Europe, then GDPR will apply to you. /// "
  2. Great! Make sure you release it a few weeks before the deadline!
  3. Hi all, As may of you already know the new GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) EU law will become into effect on 25 May 2018. This is a European law, but it also affects companies that are not in the EU, but have with EU clients. So it's critical for Blesta team to research on detail this new law in order to make Blesta fully compliant... because of not I don't see how any company with European clients can continue to use Blesta. I see that WHMCS are already working on it as you all can read on their blog post at: https://blog.whmcs.com/133405/gdpr-what-you-need-to-know So is Blesta team already working on this? If yes, great! If not, you really should do it fast! Thanks
  4. Hi all, On Blesta latest version (4.2.2) is it already possible to merge tickets? Thanks
  5. Hi, Because my email server is hosted on a different server than Blesta I have to setup remote email piping. I will of course use SSL, but I’m trying to decide if I choose POP vs IMAP. From my understanding IMAP is a modern protocol and has the advantage of keeping all emails stored on the email server. Using POP emails after piping would be deleted from the email server. This can be a bad thing in terms of wanting to keep multiple copies of the emails, but can be an advantage in terms of security because a hacker with access to the email server will not have access to the emails. What do you think? What are you using? Would really appreciate any advise. Thanks!
  6. Hi, I'm new here and looking forward to start using Blesta. Domains are not my main business.. but a very important part. Can please someone from Blesta team tell if they are working on this? If yes, any kind of timeframe? Thanks
  7. Hi, Because Im serching for a control panel to host my Blesta, I found this topic. Serverpilot and Plesk/Onyx are options Im looking into, And today I found runcloud.io that seems similar to serverpilot but a lot cheaper, since besides the free plan, they have a paid plan for $10/month that supports an unlimited number of servers. Anyone already used runcloud.io? Any feedback? Thanks
  8. Hi all, I need to hire someone to make a simple header/footer integration between my Wordpress website and my Blesta. Is anyone here on the forum that makes the service? Also can anyone recommend me a company that you had previous experience with? Thanks
